Our theory of change holds that:

If… we foster experiential learning, inclusive dialogue. and collaborative action in our communities and systems through sustained engagement in activities focused on civic engagement and youth leadership, bridge building, and violence prevention as themes;

Then… we will transform our communities and systems into more peaceful, safe, and inclusive places for all;

Because… we will have strengthened our individual social-emotional and leadership skills; built greater trust and understanding with others; and nurtured civic responsibility.
